Bonus Rack is Worthless

The Mauviel roasting pan is beautiful and well made (5 ply 2.6mm thick), though it is a shallow pan less than 3" deep.The problem is the so called "Bonus Rack." The rack I received had a piece of the nonstick coating flaking off on the bottom. It also had an area on the rack that looked like it was spray painted with shiny black paint. It wasn't a matte finish like the rest of the nonstick coating and it was also thinner than the nonstick coating.I contacted Amazon to arrange for a replacement. They said that they would send out another pan w/rack combination but the warehouse sent an 11" frying pan instead. After contacting Amazon, I returned the fry pan. I was told they would send another pan/rack replacement. This time, on the scheduled day of delivery, I checked the FedEx tracking to find out that the package had been delivered. I was home at that time and there was no delivery. I contacted FedEx and Amazon and got a lot lip service. After a lot of back and forth with FedEx I found out that they never put a trace on the package or contacted the driver. This was a most exasperating experience.So here's a warning: "The Bonus Rack" is no bonus. My so called bonus rack will be tossed and I will buy another rack else where, probably at a brick and mortar store.[...]

Bonus Rack is Worthless
