I was happy when I got this cooker because it makes what I need. However, after only two uses in over 3 months, it completely quit working. When plugged in, no light was on. I tried other appliances such as an electric kettle and a rice cooker and they both worked fine, which means there is nothing wrong with my outlet, but the pressure cooker. Called their customer service 3 times and couldn't talk to a real person. The only thing you can do is to leave them voice messages,but no one would ever get back to you. A product that breaks down so easily and has no customer service, I would say, DO NOT BUY.
