The Eva Solo XO stainless steel Blank Collection of pots and pans are designed with a three layer construction of aluminum core sandwiched between stainless steel on the inside and outside. The best qualities of the two materials combine to insure even distribution of heat across the base and up the sides of the cookware, eliminating hotspots and providing exceptionally even boiling and frying. All the handles are cast in stainless steel and sit well in the hand. Liter markings on the inside of the pots and pans allow convenient measurement.
