I did not buy these through Amazon but bought them from my credit card rewards programs (used points) and I love them!! They heat evenly but I find I need to use lower heat then my previous pans (electric stove). They clean up very easily, if something sticks to them I let them soak for 20 minutes and everything wipes right off. I even forgot one of them on a burner, with oil in the pan (I could have had a fire) and the pan turned black!! I thought it was ruined but after it cooled down I used a bit of cleaner on it and it looked perfect (food stuck to it for about a month then it was fine again). I do not put them in the dishwasher even though they say they are dishwasher safe. With just a little oil and the correct temperature they work as well as my Teflon pans (which I still use from time to time for fried eggs) and they clean up much nicer than my previous Revere stainless steel, copper bottom pans.The only negative thing I can say about them is the rivets take extra cleaning time when I make something that covers them, like my homemade pasta sauce.
