This three piece non-stick cookware set from the Genius Platino line of Pensofal Italian Cookware includes the three basic items all kitchens should have; one 7-3/4-inch fry pan, one 10-1/4-inch fry pan and one 6-1/2-inch sauce pan. All handles in the Genius cookware class are removable allowing the pan to be used in the oven as well as the stovetop. To remove handle, simply press the button at the top of the handle base and unsnap; pan is now ready for use in the oven.
